OPTION 1: VISIT ESP DEALER

STEP 1. Locate an ESP dealer below

STEP 2. Visit dealer & have full ear impressions done

STEP 3. Dealer will handle it from there!

Typical delivery is within 10 days of our receipt of your order

OPTION 2: GET YOUR OWN IMPRESSIONS

Step 1. Fill out & submit order form below. An order confirmation will be emailed to you.

Step 2. Go to any Audiologist or Hearing Aid Center and have full ear impressions/molds made. *Be sure to send us a copy of the receipt and we will deduct the cost from your order.

Step 3. Print the order confirmation you were emailed & securely package up your ear impressions/molds, order form, hearing test (optional) and Payment. Send to:
