How It Works
1. Confirm Your Previous ESP Purchase
If you’ve ordered from ESP before, you qualify for a 20% returning customer discount. Create an account so we can verify your past purchase—once verified, you’ll be able to shop with your discount automatically applied.
2. Choose Your Fit Method
We can build your new ESPs in one of two ways:
Send in your current ESPs and we’ll duplicate the fit from your existing set
Send in ear impressions — either your original set (if you still have them and they fit well) or new impressions from a hearing professional
Note: ESP does not keep physical ear impressions on file — they’re always returned with your original order. If it’s been a while since your last impressions, we recommend getting new ones. Updated impressions help ensure the best possible fit and performance.
3. (Optional) Provide a Personal Hearing Profile
If you'd like your new ESPs custom-tuned to your current hearing needs, you may include a recent personal hearing profile with your order.
4. Choose Your Model
