One-Year Limited Warranty
All new ESPs include a one-year limited warranty covering:
- Internal electronic malfunction
- Defects in manufacturing or assembly
- Fit issues due to impression accuracy
What’s Not Covered:
- Misuse, neglect, or physical damage
- Excessive moisture or wax buildup
- Loss or theft
- Battery corrosion
- Unauthorized repairs

60-Day Upgrade Program
If you've recently purchased a set of ESPs and would like to upgrade to a different model, we offer a 60-day upgrade window.
- Notify us of your intent to upgrade within 60 days of your original purchase.
- You will pay only the difference between your original model and the upgraded model.
- Complete a new order form and return your current ESPs.
- Once we receive your devices, we'll build and ship your upgraded set.
If more than 60 days have passed since your original purchase, you're still eligible for a new set using our 20% returning customer discount. In that case, a new purchase will be required.

Returns
If you wish to return your ESP devices for a full refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be postmarked or shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Devices must be returned in good working condition, with no signs of abuse, damage, or misuse.
- Refunds will be issued after we receive and verify the condition of the returned devices.
Please Note: ESP is not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
