Is your ESP device not working at peak performance?

At ESP, we’re committed to delivering the most reliable and advanced hearing protection available. If your device is experiencing issues, we're here to help.

Before sending in your ESP(s),  please consult our User Guide for maintenance and troubleshooting steps.

For ESP devices 1–10 years old:

• $40 per ear prepayment required + $15 return shipping fee
• Prepayment covers assessment and minor physical repairs, or is applied toward final repair cost (see Standard Repair Costs below).
• You’ll receive an invoice for any remaining balance after evaluation
• If you choose to purchase a new device instead of repairing,your prepayment will be credited toward the new purchase

Customer Process

1) Complete the service form below

2) Click “add to cart” and check out.

3) Print the order confirmation email and include it in your shipment.

4) Follow the instructions to send your devices to ESP.

Repair Prepayment (for ESP devices 1–10 years old):

These rates apply to normal wear and tear on electronics. Additional costs may apply.

Repair Rates (based on device age):

1) Under 1 Year: Covered under warranty

2) 1–5 Years: $150 per ear

3) 5–10 Years: $300 per

4) 5–10 Years Assessment: $40 per ear – we’ll contact you after evaluation

5) 10+ Years: Please call ESP to discuss options

Thinking About an Upgrade?

You’ll receive a 20% returning customer discount on any new ESP set or single earpiece when you choose to upgrade instead of repair.

1) Complete the Repair Order Form below.

2) Click “Complete Order” – you’ll receive a confirmation email with your completed form attached.

3) Print the attached form from your order confirmation email and include it in your shipment.

4) Follow the email instructions to send your devices to ESP.

Free Warranty Repairs within 1 year of purchase
