Before sending in your ESP: Please consult our [User Guide] for maintenance and troubleshooting steps.

If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, complete the repair request form below.

If only one earpiece requires service, only send the ear in need of service.

Under 1 Year: Warranty
1–5 Years: $150
5–10 Years: $300
5–10 Years Assessment (make 'assessment' a hover over - this fee will be applied to your repair or new order. You will receive a 20% returning customer discount on new orders): $40/ear - we will contact you upon lab evaluation
10+ Years: Call ESP

These rates apply to normal wear and tear on electronics. Additional costs may apply.

• Cleaning: $20/ear
• Retune: $40/ear
• Stuck Battery Removal: $20/ear
• Battery Door Replacement (w/ hinge pin intact): $20/ear
