If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, complete the repair request form below.

If only one earpiece requires service, only send the ear in need of service.

Under 1 Year: Warranty
1–5 Years: $150
5–10 Years: $300
5–10 Years Assessment (make 'assessment' a hover over - this fee will be applied to your repair or new order. You will receive a 20% returning customer discount on new orders): $40/ear - we will contact you upon lab evaluation
10+ Years: Call ESP

These rates apply to normal wear and tear on electronics. Additional costs may apply.
